my perfect guy:

• makes me happy and has a good sense of humor
• is 5'11 or taller, 2-5 years older than me, and has nice teeth
• is clean clean, very clean - messy is ok, but dirty is not
• doesn't mind scratching my back - and i'm talking like every night here :)
• is trustworthy - can be counted on for anything (when he says he'll do something, you know he will). the "go-to" guy. the alpha.
• is patient and persistent
• has good manners (especially around my parents) :)
• knows what's going on in the world (reads the news)
• doesn't smoke cigarettes (not even *socially*)
• is an "expert" at something
• likes to go out/plan outings
• athletic

• tardiness - one of my hugest pet peeves (even though i'm often guilty of it)
• talking excessively about ex-girlfriends
• yawning when he talks to me on the phone
• no sense of direction (because i have none)
